Waterfront Apartment Demolition – 28 August 2015

The waterfront project that we are involved in is quite comprehensive. Two adjacent apartments are going to be made into one 3 bedroom apartment. With doing so, there is quite an extensive amount of demolition that is going to take place. Today was our first visit to site, we are going to be having weekly site visits to discuss schedules and all parties progress as the timeline for this is very short.

This is what we were greeted by when we arrived at the apartment:

Camps Bay – Site Visit – 11 August 2015

We have been called onto a new building site in Camps Bay by colleagues of ours to take over the Audio Video requirements for them.

This is a stunning new project for us that we are looking forward to sharing with you as we progress through it.

The audio video features include:

Crestron Remote Control Ellerman House

Ellerman House is a completely integrated project, with all control taking place via choice of Remote Control, on wall Touch Panel or iPad control.

The remote control that has been used is the Crestron MLX-3 remote control. (seen above)

This remote control also triggers the ad notam Mirror Television and controls the Digital Media system that provides picture to the television.

ad notam Presentation Mirror Pouch

We take great pride in our work and our presentations. So it was without hesitation that we visited Mathew Neilson from Matblac to make a felt and leather pouch for our presentation mirror.

Mathew put together this completely functional and great looking pouch and added the detail of laser engraving the ad notam logo onto the front for us.

Our recommendation goes out to using Mathew for any custom work that you require, just keep in mind that due to his busy schedule and high quality of work it may take a short while for your bespoke piece to be completed. This wait is completely worth it though.
