A client of ours recently had some power issues with the recent rolling power saving across the country. When the power came back on at his house it spiked and caused his BeoSound 1 to stop working. We booked it into our workshop and found that there was a problem with the power supply. After ordering the spare parts and replacing them the CD player is back up and running and working perfectly once again.
We have a long track record within our company of servicing the University of the Western Cape. We were contacted to asses and service one of the ceiling mounted Citronic Line Array systems. The request was to remove the Array, asses then reinstall so that hall looked as it should for graduation.
Once the replacement parts arrived to remove the Array again, take it away to be serviced and recalibration had been completed. Finally to reinstall once all was working again.
