THE BRIEF
We have received a stressed call for network maintenance and service on this stunning holiday rental house in Camps Bay, Cape Town. With the recent installation of Fibre internet into the house, our client needed us to ensure the use of the Fibre internet and even coverage across the whole house.
We found that the house has existing UniFi WiFi antennas installed. We registered the WiFi antennas onto our cloud controller and changed the configuration of the WiFi to enable coverage across the whole house.
While carrying out the service call, we checked the television system and made notes about the installation of the DSTV / television system. There are various recommendations and changes that we have brought to our client’s attention that we will be taking care of in the new year.
