Deukom Service and Deukom Installations

As we have an existing client base of German clients, we have carried out many Deukom installations.

From our experience, we recommend an installation that includes a 120cm dish. These are available in mild steel and fibre glass. The fibre glass option requires a special order for the satellite dish which usually takes about one week to arrive in Cape Town.
The minimum recommended satellite dish according to Deukoms documentation is a 90cm dish. While these work well, we have noticed the best reception and the best results with the larger dish.

The new Deukom decoder is designed for single television installation. We do have high definition splitters that can connect the Deukom decoder to two televisions.
