We have worked extensively with Araknis network and WiFi equipment over the years. The ability to remotely monitor, maintain and update the Araknis network and WiFi equipment is of the utmost importance to us.
All Araknis equipment is connected to a cloud based server which is owned and run by Araknis. They issue each Araknis dealer a secure, password protected login profile which allows us to carry out this monitoring from either a mobile phone app or a web interface on our laptops. The benefit of this is the greatly reduced cost of maintenance for our clients as we don’t need to visit site to carry out regular maintenance and monitoring work on our networks.
