THE BRIEF
We were asked by one of our clients to upgrade and update his holiday apartment here in Cape Town. This apartment is used as a rental apartment while our client is not in Cape Town. For this reason the system’s functionality needed to be streamlined to increase ease of use. We decided that an upgrade from the existing Control4 system to a Crestron HR150 remote control would be the best way to make the apartment easier to use.
While carrying out the upgrade we installed a new 65″ Samsung UHD television on a Vogels pull and turn wall bracket.
The speaker system was upgraded from a Klipsch LCR configuration that was installed in the incorrect location within the cabinet below the television to a M&K LCR soundbar mounted beneath the television.
