Installation of a Samsung UHD television in Bantry Bay.
We have just completed the installation of a Samsung Ultra High Definition (UHD) Television for a client of ours in Bantry Bay. This required a bit of background work planning for the installation including the upgrade to the DSTV installation.
Measuring out the television size on the wall
The planning started with measuring out the size of the television on the wall so that our client could decide what size television the client needed to buy for her Lounge. She decided that a 65″ UHD television from Samsung was the right choice for her.
New LNB installation
The installation started with replacing the old satellite LNB.
Delivery of new Samsung UHD television
Next was the delivery of the new Samsung UHD television.
Unboxing and connection of DSTV Explora HD PVR Decoder
The DSTV High Definition Explora decoder is shipped with all the required installation equipment. Including satellite multiswitch and HDMI cable.
Connection of television and installation onto television cabinet
Finally we connect up the DSTV decoder to the television and switch everything on.
This is a great installation with stunning picture from the new Samsung UHD television.
We also activated Deukom German Bouquet for our client.
Total installation time was 5 hours including the telephone calls to Multichoice and Deukom for the required services activations.
