We have been doing ongoing Audio Video work for one of our clients in Bantry Bay. We unfortunately found one severe problem, she has two Geneva audio systems which work perfectly. However the unit in her lounge struggles with FM reception.
Terk Pro FM Antenna
In discussing the problem with a colleague of mine, he suggested that we try the FM antenna that he had in stock.
He explained to me that he had traded it in as a part exchange against new equipment that he was selling to his client. So he had this antenna and had it in stock for a few months already, with no need for it.
We set about installing this antenna and running the required cabling to the Geneva unit. Once we had finished and connected the cables to the radio terminal we were quite amazed. The radio reception was as clear as we had ever heard it before. Completely surprising for an audio system that could not receive reception in the house previously.

Of course we still have many clients that have Radio’s, particularly many with Bang & Olufsen audio systems. We would have to say that if there is an upgrade that any radio deserves it would be adding one of these Terk FM antenna’s.
