THE BRIEF
On site in Somerset West, Cape Town.
This was a stunning project to be involved in. We were contracted to supply and install a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 9000 CD Player, BeoLab 6000 speakers and BeoLab 2 subwoofer.
The real scope of our works was the installation of network cabling and Araknis network including Router, Network Switch and WiFi access points.
The high quality network enabled us to install the first Deukom over IP decoders to arrive in South Africa.
Apple TV’s were installed at each television to enable flexibility of television watching experience, including DSTV Now on the Apple TV’s.
We carried out the installation of various televisions throughout the house, including the lounge Samsung QLED 55″ television on a Vogels flush mount wall bracket.
The whole house AV system is controlled by Crestron handheld remote controls in each room.
This was an interesting project and fun to be a part of it.
