Welcome

October has been a very busy month, just a quick newsletter to keep you up to date with all thats happening at Mirror Edge Networks.

We have been working from the Experience Centre in Cape Town. We would like to invite you to visit us at the Centre where we can showcase what is currently happening in the Audio Video industry and how we are preparing for and installing these systems.

The most popular upgrade that we are currently introducing our clients to is an integrated control system from Crestron. This simplifies all the required remotes associated with your audio video system.

Welcome

We aim to send out our monthly newsletter towards the end of each month.
This month is no different, just a quick review of what we have been getting up to at Mirror Edge Networks.

Recently we have been out with our photographer, Jon-Erik Munro visiting clients and photographing our recent installations. As can be seen above with a preview of our latest shoot. A Bang & Olufsen installation in Cape Town.

Some of the photos are not as professional, but equally informative. We have posted information with photographs on our website about High Definition Video Distribution as well as Systems Rack building.

Professional Rack Building:

We spent 40 hours building a rack in our workshop. You may want to know:

  • What does it take to build this rack.

If we look through my Company Blog for July, I look back at busy month with various service calls, one of which was to an old client requesting we service his Bang & Olufsen audio system.
It was great to have his audio system in the service department.
We are looking forward to seeing more service calls as we approach the summer season, please get in contact if any of your audio video equipment needs a service.

A major highlight of the month was be attending the launch of Linn in South Africa. I am proud to say that Mirror Edge Networks is an authorised representative for Linn and we are very excited to be working with such a prestigious HiFi company.

We have also contributed and represent South Africa during the weekly Smart Home Hour tweetup which is hosted by the LiveInstall community. If you would like to know more information about what this means, or would to speak to us about taking steps to insure that you have a Smart Home.
